About Me
I'm a Digital Solutions Consultant with over 20 years of experience in web design, administrative support, and business operations. In 2025, I earned my ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, and I'm continuing to build my ServiceNow skills through client projects, demo work, training, and hands on learning.
My background is a mix of technical, design, and business experience that I think translates well to ServiceNow. My web design background has taught me to think about how things work from the user's perspective, while my administrative and business experience has helped me understand requirements, work through processes, and figure out what people actually need.
Throughout my career, I've designed and tested websites, including hand coding and working with content management systems, supported clients, and learned new software and applications. That experience gives me a good foundation for ServiceNow, especially when it comes to configuration, usability, and portal testing. I also use AI tools to work more efficiently, create content, clarify requirements, and support my ServiceNow learning and project work.
As an independent consultant and Vice President of MOGE Consulting Company, I'm interested in projects where I can bring together my ServiceNow skills, web and design background, and interest in AI and accessibility.
